The North bank of the river Brahmputra is known for its strong flavours and kadak taste, The upper bank provides the sweet from origin tea. It's the upper air or the soil which works its magic or maybe the care of The Gardener. The Cachar area has the best quality and well-maintained tea gardens with the mountains of Gaara, khasi around it. These provide a very suitable climatic position for the tea gardens. The South bank of Assam is also known as the tea bowl of India with the highest tea production.
